Do I need a 115 VIP membership?
Streaming online needs 115 VIP. Without it you can buy download quota (about 15 yuan for 100 downloads) and watch locally, but downloads are slower. Membership is cheapest during 115 promotions.
"Task already exists" or the link fails to add
In Cloud Download, clear all finished, failed and running tasks, then add again. Also check your quota and storage. Don't copy the links with Chinese third-party browsers.
Stuck at "allocating server" or 0%
Usually the file was just uploaded and 115 hasn't indexed it yet. Try again in a few hours. If it still fails after a day, send us a screenshot and we will fix the link.
Why are ed2k links published a few hours late?
Publishing too early gets the links blocked by 115, so we release them after the stream is processed.

115 needs some time to transcode newly uploaded videos. Wait a little. Streaming needs 115 VIP.
How do I use subtitles in 115?
Extract the subtitle pack and upload the .srt file to 115, into the same folder as the video. It will load automatically. Subtitles are in the Baidu Netdisk or PikPak folder, and some pages also have a separate subtitle download.
