LIVE+ videos have no sound
The video is fine: LIVE+ keeps the original lossless Opus audio. Switch to a player that supports it and the sound comes back.

Still no sound? Tell us your device, system and player.
Since September 14, 2026 we record LIVE+ at original quality, up to 60fps. The audio stays in the stream's original Opus format without re-encoding, to keep the original sound. Some older players don't support Opus, so they play no sound.
Buying a LIVE+ resource means you accept this: if the audio track is fine and there is no sound only because your device or player doesn't support it, that is not grounds for a refund. If the file itself turns out to be faulty, we will fix it.
