After buying, open the PikPak link and save it to your own drive.

Or paste the ed2k link into PikPak's Cloud Download (top left on a computer, "Add link" on a phone).

In mainland China you need a VPN to open PikPak. You can turn the VPN off while downloading to save data.

PikPak won't open, says access denied, or images don't load
PikPak blocks mainland China IPs, so you need a VPN. Mainland users are better off with 115 Cloud.
I entered the invite code but got no premium
Only new users get it, and PikPak reviews each one. Flagged IPs or accounts don't qualify. Ask PikPak support.
My PikPak premium price is different from someone else's
PikPak shows different prices by region (regional vs global premium). Regional premium is usually enough.
The picture is just a thin line in the middle
Some videos published before July 6, 2026 trigger a bug in PikPak's iOS player. Switch the aspect ratio back and forth in the player, or download the file and play it in VLC, nPlayer or Infuse, or cast it to a TV. Videos published after that date are fixed.
The link is dead or a file is missing
PikPak may not have indexed a fresh upload yet; try again in ten minutes or so. If it still fails, leave a comment or message us for a new link, or add the matching ed2k link through Cloud Download.
Which VPN app should I use?
If it's only for PikPak: Clash Verge Rev on a computer, FLClash on Android, and on iPhone FLClash or Shadowrocket from the US App Store. Turn the proxy off while downloading to save data.
