Why do I still need points with VIP?
Our VIP gives discounts on resources and unlocks members-only content; it doesn't include every resource. Some resources are free for members, and the page says so.
How do I upgrade from VIP to SVIP?
Choose upgrade wherever you buy membership (the crown icon on a resource page, or your profile). It costs 2 yuan per remaining day, your expiry date stays the same, and no points are given.
Why are some resources members-only?
Very explicit or rare content isn't suitable for public sharing, so it's only open to members.
Why were my check-in points reset?
Points are reset when the system detects check-ins from multiple alt accounts. Only one main account is allowed.
Can points be converted to balance?
Yes. Contact support; there is a 10% fee.
