Points refunds and re-uploads
Points are refunded only when a resource is taken down and can't be re-uploaded. Wrong channel? You can get a re-upload, free the first time for new members.
Points are refunded when:
- the resource was taken down, we can't re-upload it, and so you can't download it;
- the page listed Baidu Netdisk but there is none, and we can't add it.
No refund for: buying the wrong item, buying twice, not knowing how to use it, or a device or player that doesn't support it (for example LIVE+ Opus audio). So before buying, confirm you can download using the free test files in "Before you buy".
Re-uploads / transfer to 115: new members get one free; after that it's 3 yuan per episode. Large resources cost more, so message us first.
